When you enable the waiting room feature y ou can add a title logo and text to the waiting room message that meeting participants see while they re waiting which is great for logistical reasons. You can send all participants to the waiting room when joining your meeting or you can allow participants from your zoom account and participants at specified domains to bypass the waiting room. Click add waiting room description to add a description to the waiting room.

Zoom provides the capability to control who is admitted to your meetings even after you ve joined as the host using a feature called waiting room. They cannot exceed 1mb.
